PULLER OF THE YEAR: This award is presented annually to the puller who has shown skill, sportsmanship and support to the sport of tractor pulling. It reflects the character and contributions of the recipient both on and off the track. They are the BEST of TRI-COUNTY PULLERS. Chuck Hobbs Harmon, IL SPORTSMANSHIP AWARD: It sure does not matter if he or she wins or loses at this sport but they keep on trying and contributing to help others in the club. Greg Higgins Rockford, IL MOST IMPROVED PULLER: This puller has shown great improvement both on the track as well as off. Gary Scace Monticello, WI HARD LUCK AWARD: If this puller did not have bad luck, they would not have any luck at all. Greg Higgins Rockford, IL ROOKIE OF THE YEAR: This puller has made a minimum of six hooks during this season but two or less any other season Joel Jones Rockfalls, IL BEST APPEARING TRACTOR: This tractor shows up at the pulls clean and shiny with definite pride in their equipment and is a good representative of Tri-county Pullers Lil' Red Bull Thomas Grob Cottage Grove, WI BEST APPEARING CREW: This pulling crew shows up at pulls with an organized and neat appearance. Irish Pulling Team The Hobbs' Harmon, IL PULLING FAMILY OF THE YEAR: This family shows up at pulls ready and willing to help and pitches in when things need to get done. They are a good example of what it takes to be called THE BEST OF TRI-COUNTY PULLERS.
